Milling machines producer Factory

I actually work building special big machines that uses very different technologies used in the most advanced machine tool industry.

Aludium

juin 2017 - août 2018 (1 an, 2 mois)

This was a Aluminium milling factory, where I used my knowledge in automatization and programming to optimize the process. My objective was to reduce the time needed to mill the aluminium plates, in other words: to increase the milled plates produced in a day. This factory was build in 1985, and was a complex system using Fortran, which is very little used nowdays. Nonetheless, i reduced the time between plate and plate from 1' 20'' to 45'', what results in more than 5000$ a day.
