Prepare introduction email to borrowers and lenders. Sends out document checklists and stages of the loan process. Make an initial call to the borrowers to have a brief understanding of the deal and run a quick deal analysis. Managing and keeping track of all required documents. Keeping a timeline of each stages of the transaction while communicating critical points with involved parties. Corresponding with parties involved in the transaction via emails, calls, and/or texts from contract to closing.
