Proofreading and content editing through good organization and "feel" for the project

To support my mission I'm interested in freelance work in the areas of proofreading and editing. My specialty is book indexing, but I'm a great organizer and so proofreading and transcription also fits me. This kind of work helps me see a piece of writing from a wider viewpoint than just my own, so I'm especially good at doing "smooth reading" and content editing to help make a piece of writing "flow" easily and read effortlessly. I have written a book of devotions for a spirituality course I've developed. I've volunteered my proofreading, smooth reading, and data entry skills to various online projects. I'm comfortable working online and would accept a long-term commitment.

I've published in Ebook form three books out of the five in my series on interspiritual mystic theology. The book includes much original work plus an 8-year-long compilation from many spiritual writings, both ancient and contemporary. The three volumes -- A Mystic's Handbook, A Mystic's Devotional, A Mystic's Journal -- as well as two volumes of other authors' collected works which are specific to my theme, focus on interfaith devotion to God; a somewhat hidden but extremely influential life-force.
