Donny did excellent work on this project. When things didn't work the first try he patiently worked with me reviewing both his own work and the existing files on my server to help me find the problem. His work style is very logical, organized and similar to mine. For example when additional files needed to be sent, he only included those files that needed to be updated not a whole bunch of files. Therefore, version tracking was easy. His coding was commented enough that even I (a novice worker) could understand the flow. I'm already writing the next project for him.

Donny is a great person to work with. Easily the best programmer I have worked with on RAC. His work is excellent and his character is even better. The project was completed on time and he made sure I was happy the work he performed. I will definitely work with Donny again!
