We perform bespoke software development and software maintenance for international customers since 1995.
We usually offer a fixed price for the projects we take on, but are also willing to work on a time-and-material basis during the requirements clarification phase.
Each new customer is entitled to a proof-of-competence project, where we provide a defined small feature (up to three person days of work) free of charge. This offer is intended for initial project work, where follow-up work is defined in advance and decided upon based on the customer's satisfaction with our performance.
For all software developed by us we provide unlimited defect fixing free of any charge.
We strive to provide high-quality support to our customers through the complete lifetime of any software implemented either by us or by third party vendors.
Payments for projects are usually only due after successful project completion. Long-term projects may be split into project phases, the completion of which is linked to a payment for the project phase. In each case, we would like the customer to escrow the project's value before work commences.

Bite GSM
Since 1995 the most prominent Lithuanian mobile operator with nationwide coverage, Bite GSM, keep offering new high-quality services to their customers. During 1998 and 1999 dnp services provided project management to Bite for a billing system migration and supported customer-specific adaptations.
Cellway / D Plus
The independent German service provider D Plus has more than once been nominated "service provider of the year" for the quality of their products and services. In January 2002, D Plus merged with Cellway. From 1998 to 2001 dnp services provided the company D Plus with project support during the implementation and integration of various IT systems, as well as with bespoke software development.
Schlumberger-Sema
SchlumbergerSema provide IT consulting, systems integration, managed services, products and IP network security solutions serving the oil and gas, telecommunications, utility, finance, transport and public sector markets. Since 1995 dnp services supports the worldwide implementation of SchlumbergerSema's billing system BSCS with project management support, customer-specific adaptations and operations experience.
T-Systems
T-Systems was founded by Deutsche Telekom AG in order to bundle its IP/data and systems solutions for major corporations. It is Europe's No. 2 systems house. In 2000 and 2001 T-Systems made use of dnp services' competence in IT management consulting during the restructuring of a Deutsche Telekom subsidiary.
UMC
Ukrainian Mobile Communications was founded 1992 as the first mobile operator in Ukraine. Since then UMC provides their customers with superb coverage and constantly improving services. After the introduction of a new billing system in 1996 and 1997, during which dnp services took on the project management, we provided the IT Director at UMC from end of 1997 to beginning of 2000.
