SCOOP : Creating a back end tool to send out sms in bootstrap HTML5 with core php - jquery For a company (boss) that hires and sells jobs for contractors (contacts). If the has a job he sends out an sms to a query of contacts for this job. they can answer via this sms. The boss can give the job to the person who is most suited or comes in first. do a query on the contact database to select on different parameters. mainly distance range of 25 km of a certain point by zip codes (code postal) without using the google api.
