"Hello, my name is Arriane Felipe , and I'm excited to have the opportunity to interview for the position of Social Media manager. Just a brief summary of my background. I am a graduate of Senior High School in Baguio City, Philippines and Undergraduate of Bachelor of Science in Business administration major in Human resource development management . My previous job wayback 2020-2021 i was a freelancer social media manager in Small Businesses , because when the time of pandemic a lot of us build business using social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram we’re we are doing live to sell our products , since on that era online selling boom as a business virtually until they need a social media manager that will handle their account to run ads , answer query and promote facebook page organically . I am also a former customer service representative in BPO industry which is sitel Philippines but now it is found ever . I am 1 year and 2 months working in BPO handling Scottish and Southern Energy accounts. I've been trained for 6 different lines of Business such as Back Office Department , Credit Account Department , Inbound , Outbound and email and chat departments .
