satisfied with the results. i got the rough data, i definitely need time for rough analysis to see if the data is valid. i told you wait before friday, but why were you so urgent? you were late on data delivery, and i could understand as what i need the most is the validity of the data results, so i was waitting, waiting, waiting and waiting, but in your side, why couldn't you just wait a while by taking my request into consideration? So service quality good, communication is bad experience.
