Advertmedia (the worker) agreed in their Worker Contract that if their project went into arbitration, they would respond to the arbitrator's questions fully and on a timely basis, or they would forfeit the arbitration. An arbitration occurred and advertmedia did not do this. Both parties agreed to award 70% of the funds to Advertmedia for the work they had done. All remianing funds in escrow were returned to Johnybrich (the employer).

Memphis did an outstanding job. He delivered far more than I asked for and the quality was amazing. He has a very good eye for high detail and always aims to please, I am extremely happy with the end result and would rate him higher than 10 if I could. This programmer is very very unprofessional. I will never do business with him again and strongly recommend against it. He is not a serious programmer. After I accepted his bid, I found the job being farmed out on another web site semilar to RAC. My client actually found it google and was very mad at me. He promised to have the job done in several days and it's been well over a month and the site is still no complete. The only reason I accepted the work and paid the programmer is to be able to have the chance to warn other employers. Arbitration would have blocked me from giving the rating I felt he deserves.
