Although this provider bid on budget, there was a PM that stated he wanted more than that. I DID NOT consider the PM when I chose my provider, but I DID consider the bid amount. AFTER I AWARDED THE PROJECT to this provider tells me they need me to escrow more money than their bid due to the PM details. This is a classic "Bait & Switch". This provider did a wonderful job at re-writing the articles, but it took so long that I ended up paying someone else to do it, so I now have (2) sets of the same articles and have paid (2) bills. I made several attempts to contact the provider via PM over a 3 day period BEFORE having someone else do the work without any response. The first reply I received was when I finally had to mention having to file a dispute. So, how do you rate that? I must say that this provider is a great writer that messed up a perfect review by not responding in the middle of a project that was already overdue.
