Also this should include a simple scraper that shows how many yellow cards and goals they've made in the past 20 matches and calculate how big the chances are for them scoring and getting a yellow card in the specific match (also based on statistics and a ranking model)

Sorry guys, but I simply can't give a good feedback. The project was specific; a windows 8.1 app. However what was delivered was poor. The UI was unacceptable, the back end functions were not implemented and the only function that worked, the live-data collection, was developed on and for windows 7, and didn't work on windows 8 anyways. We ended up essentially having to work from scratch again with a new developer, costing us more money and delaying us by 6 months.
