My name is Usman Shah. I am a Computer Science Engineer by Education and trained on cisco devices for ccna/ccnp in routing switching and ccna/ccnp in security; A network security engineer by profession. I also have basic knowledge in python and kali linux. I am NSE3 Certified (network security expert). I am also a CNSS(Certified network security specialist) from ICSI,UK (international cyber security institute,UK). I am on my way in giving the CCIE Security examinations as well. I have knowledge and corporate experience on various ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Autotask and OTRS alongside that i do threat hunting, researching and analyzing incidents, Customer and client handling, incident response, vulnerability, port and network scanning, report generation, spotting out malicious activities in the network and remediating it. I have done multitudes of projects on networking Projects including :- 1) Implementation of dynamic routing protocols like RIP/EIGRP/OSPF in an enterprise network and redistribute them into one another. 2) Implementation of security policies on firewalls like on Cisco ASA (8.2 & 9.0) for securing the inside and DMZs of a well structured network. 3) To run a DMVPN over a private Wan using obviously IPSec. 4) To connect two enterprises of a private wan to communicate with another using MPLS, MPBGP, OSPF, VRF, Redistribution, all this on an ISP Level. 5) Multiple projects on router and switch security like using AAA concept for user authenticity, port-security, prevention from rogue dhcp using dhcp snooping and dot1x authentication implementation with simultaneous use of DAI or SAI (dynamic/static ARP inspection) 6) Implementing Ether-channel using LACP and PAGP 7) Projects like securing network from attacks, such as Dos attacks, DDos attacks, fraggle, smurf, tcp intercept, tcp redirect, udp flooding, etc I can do any work related to networking, be it stimulatory labs on cisco packet tracer/GNS3, or academic writing on networking concepts, or troubleshooting scenarios, or if you just need a text doc of specific configuration, or explanation on some networking topic.
