After devoting time IT services, in 2015, I have managed to start up with Hospitality domain by setting up and managing service apartment and guest house. Working in Balaji Comfort Home & Aakiyo Rooms, as a manager and owner, I have earned a notable experience in running the hotel business while handling all day today activities along with offline & online bookings, guest management, staff recruitment and training, delegating tasks for housekeeping, kitchen and maintenance. Looking after purchase and sell in hotel. On the whole, it has been a learning experience to work in hotel service industry and what I explored about myself is that I do fit in this industry with my well to do polite and street smart approach for all that comes up on daily basis in this domain.
