I am the Tech Lead of [login to view URL] and former Lead Engineer of [login to view URL]. At [login to view URL] I guided the design of the System Architecture and was the main contributor to its subsequent implementation and a large set of features. As owner of majority of the code base I trained less experienced peers. The platform reached 50k active users with a year. What I am looking for... I am highly experienced in my tech stack but very open to learning new technologies, especially from experienced colleagues. While I am used to wearing many hats (within the tech team) in the fast-paced start-up environment, I highly value teams that are passionate about building excellent software and creating a friendly work environment. My strongest skills and how I learned them... Ownership of features and sub-systems eventually translated into taking responsibility of system architectures. I am familiar not just with the implementation of applications but also with the translation of business requirements into sets of services and technologies suited to get the job done. My primary tools are: The AWS cloud TypeScript MongoDB One fact (outside of work) about me... I am quite passionate about education and the empowerment that comes with it. Given all the opportunities to make this world a little better I consider teaching the most powerful one. For me personally, this means sharing my knowledge about Software Engineering with peers and strangers whenever there is an opportunity. Additional information My interest in traveling and exploring the world is definitely something my future employer needs to be aware of :)
