Liaising with Banks for day to day operations. Implementing cost management initiatives, monitoring various overheads and achieving maximum cost control. Preparing periodical cash flow statements for monitoring the flow of working capital/ cash. Performing analytical review of financial statements and evaluation of internal control systems for carrying out Internal / Statutory Audits. Coordinating with Statutory and Tax Auditors. Preparing Schedules and Reports for the same. Discussing their queries and giving the suitable replies. Statutory Compliance/Liaison: Liaisioning with various government departments, ensuring smooth business operations. Preparation & Co-ordination of Income Tax Assessment case with respective departments.
