Executive Assistant skilled in research, personal management, data entry, and business

My name is Chris and I am a freelance Executive Assistant experienced in working in fast paced environments with C-level executives. I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University San Marcos. My coursework includes financial accounting, managerial accounting, strategic management, human resource management, and managerial and organizational behavior. I have also interned as an Executive Assistant for the Superintendent of Construction at Quality Structures, Inc. I currently assist in managing my family’s company, CTC Framing, on a part-time. My experience and education have taught me the value of an executive’s time and my priority is to help an executive meet his or her daily objectives in the most efficient manner possible. As a client assistant, my primary duties are to interact with clients, provide updates as to the status of bids and projects, and provide general customer service. In addition, I also act as an assistant to the owner by managing his inbox, converting written bids into digital format, light bookkeeping, and assisting in developing project timelines.

I served as a researcher for a five person team working for Truax Management Group on behalf of California State University San Marcos’ Senior Experience Program. As a researcher, I used databases and geographic information systems to screen 250 companies, segment them by size and income, and develop a spreadsheet and database with all parameters for our client. Our research was utilized to help our client find clients for a commercial marketplace in Temecula, California.
