I'm experiencing in handling Tech & Non-tech talent recruitment on behalf of hiring partners from Junior to C level roles, including but not limited to talent sourcing (Internal & External database), cold calling, and assisting both candidates and hiring partners along the recruitment process for various type of Industries.
Based on my experience, I'm adaptable in the fast-changing work environment, able to handle more than 20+ jobs and 40+ candidates per month from many different backgrounds. I'm always willing to learn and stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods in order to hire the right candidate based on my client's needs.
Also, I'm able to manage the ATS and handling a support application for the hiring process (Zoom, G-Meet, VOOV & Microsoft).
