With almost 30 years of experience in Microsoft Office Solution Development, as well as online services including SharePoint Server, and other browser-based information worker tools (such as IBM WebSphere, Documentum eRoom, and ESRI GIS), my passion has been to help organizations get the most out of investments in online services. Recently, and over the past 5 years, consulting assignments have shifted to ensuring run state operations for these services, with a focus on Operational Excellence, Service Management, and Support Efficiencies. I enjoy short term freelance assignments as a Microsoft Office Subject Matter Expert and Creative Presentation Designer, in order to fund contributions to my favorite charities.
