I graduated with an English Communications Major (with an American Studies Minor) in HKU. Having worked in the recruitment industry for more than a year, I have talked to countless people from C-level to fresh graduates regarding their experiences and job duties regarding the retail sector. Editing CVs to better present the candidates is a daily job and I have managed to score more than 80% of hit-rate for interviews after rewriting their CVs and summaries after understanding their background in more depth usually through face-to-face meeting and phone calls. Now working in tech and responsible for hiring IT talents including QA testers.
