Perfect Intro was started as a collaboration between some local employers, some senior employees and some millennials to advance the whole job searching and hiring process (that didn’t change much in one hundred years) to reflect social, recruiting and technology changes and advances. Think of PERFECT INTRO VIDEO RESUME JOB ENGINE as part YOUTUBE, part INSTAGRAM and part MONSTER. As an employer, we got tired wasting complete days interviewing job seekers that were “bad fit” for the position. Some candidates were great on paper but the personality or the communication skills will not fit for the position OR some job seekers were not a great fit on paper but the charisma or the “it” factor makes them perfect for the position. As job seekers, time is of the essence and when you need a job, a three or four week hiring process is not acceptable. Hello, I am Dharmbir. I'm an experienced mobile(iOS, Android & Flutter) developer who has sound knowledge in application development. The mobile(iOS & Android) development is one of my passions. I usually build apps using Objective C/Swift and Java on native platform and can build using ionic frameworks. The most important thing for me is to keep long term relationships with clients, so I am primarily looking for long term projects. I will work for 30+ hours per week and will be happy to be satisfied clients. I will be very punctual, so will keep deadline and delivery good results.
