want to fix these issuse in my wordpress iste

my site is [login to view URL] and i need these changes in this

1) I want pop up on entering any page of site (inc blog posts) which offers £15 discount in exchange for registering which allows me to market to a database of clients with offers etc

2) the cart at top needs realigning so it's not pushing the slides at top of home page down

3) the sldes could maybe have seo'd text e.g. small boy surfing could read 'kids or childrens paddleboards offers' then links to selection of boards suitable for kids. We could do the same for 'allrounder paddleboards' ' short SUPs' '12'6 & 14' Raceboards' and so on? Ideally each slide would take you through to a selction of boards.

4-BoxesuUnderneath slides (above blog entries) we could have a carousel of boards either rotating or changing on refresh with prices that link to product page(s) with 2-3 click buying functionality

5) I think the twitter feed is far too big on home page and is a waste of space. Are people really visiting site to check Twitter? I think not! Better to promote accessories and merch in this column same idea as underneath slides boxes but I'd like a couple of static boxes 'Special offers' 'Become a team rider / brand ambassador' etc

6) The template still has a load of links that default to 'lorum ipsum etc' type pages which need removing so they need clearing out

7) The contact page is a mess post-update...remove all the shit blog links at bottom, remove fuerteventura info (as I'm in UK all year now) add landline 0191 4206921 to compliment mobile already there. Email part of contact form doesn't look right so realign that. Make sure form is working via gmail

8) Get videos working and add fuerteventura video and latest raceboard video....a link for home page would be good too 'check out our videos' or 'Loco TV'

9) the title font is hard to read in smaller font sizes so maybe change to something clearer for blog post titles and thumbnails for ecommerce etc. Think it's fine for menu tab though

10) would like an intagram icon at bottom of home page. Dunno whether it possible to populate feed under media/photos too?

11) I'd like my contact numbers 'Sales Hotline' inserting on every page so it encourages them to call if they're not clear. Email link also good.

12) We spoke about possibility of live chat plug in but it needs to work via sms/app for smartphone as I'm on the move a lot. Would also depend on associated costs to set up / use?
