Set up Google Universal Analytics for my Wordpress website and Shopify store

Is it possible to link my wordpress website and shopify website under the same google universal analytics account so that I track traffic and ecomerce conversions, etc.
If this is possible, firstly I will need my old google analytics code removed from my wordpress site: [login to view URL]
Then I want a Google Universal Analytics account to be setup for [login to view URL] (wordpress site) and to have it connected to my shopify website [login to view URL] to track conversions etc.
