hi i need to create a similiar to this [login to view URL]

Step 1.

1. Choose CURRENCY > enter AMOUNT1 or enter AMOUNT1 > choose CURRENCY

2. Choose Wallet (no connection just data for admin offline process)

* amount1 fill currency will change according to currency selection

* wallet selection will change according to currency selection

Step 2.

1. Choose CURRENCY2

2. Amount will change according prefix rate and currency2

(Formula calculation Step 1 amount1 x rate (currency2 selection)=amount)

3. Choose payment type (now only hv 1 is paypal)

Step 3. Enter wallet info as Step 1 Item 2 selection. (title will change according to wallet select)

then click recharge my account then go to paypal(will based on step 2 currency2 and amount in step 2) and make payment then come back thank you page with info. (note: my paypal can accept different currency)

Pls take note this not a mobile apps or wallet connection, just collect data for admin backend process and yes we using wordpress and i need responsive design.
