Changing the design of an existing Wordpress theme

Hello vWorker,
I have the website [url removed, login to view] (in Dutch language) which need some changes in the design/layout.
I think this will include:
- Changing option in the backed of Wordpress (Theme)
- Litte php-code changes
- CSS changes
The changes I want:
- Viewing a post-category, it should not display the word 'Archive |'
- Viewing a post-category, it should display the description of the post-category (the theme is not doing this now)
- Viewing a post-category, I want to show a part of the posts related to this post-category. This part should be the text before the tag in the post.
- Viewing a post-category, I want removed the text 'By Jesper on ...'
- Viewing a post, I do NOT want to see the text before the tag
- The little pictures on the right site (Popular, latest) should be square (not round)
- The extra menu on the right (side menu) should look the same as the section above (Popular, tags)
- Viewing a post-category, I want the picture to be bigger than the thumbnail
- Layout/Design changes (different background color, different footer etc...)
Information:
- I can email you a link from an other websites which has the layout/design I want.
- The theme I have used: Canvas theme from Woothemes.
- You will get full access to the server (if needed) or I can send you a backup-copy of the Wordpress site.
- I speak English (and Dutch) and if needed we can talk via phone or Skype (after bid acceptance).
