PSD to WordPress Slicing for Real Estate Website

I need to have one of my designs sliced from PSD to Wordpress. It must be compatible with IE 6+, Firefox, and Safari. The template is designed that it will fit perfectly inside of a 1024x768 browser with no scroll bars. I do not want the scrolling feature to be removed all together. There will be 4 PSDs to demonstrate what I need done: Home Page Layout, Left Sidebar (similar to Home), Right Sidebar, and No Sidebar. The sidebars must be managed separately in the Widgets Page in the Back-end. It would be great if I could switch between the layouts easily in the Admin. The slideshow on the home page needs to fade from slide to slide, each slide lasting 5 seconds. The slideshow needs to be easily managed in the admin. Of course, you must agree to never give the files to anyone unrelated to our company, and to never use the files on any other project.
The menu must be usable by the WordPress Plugin, "WordPress Menu Creator([login to view URL])." It is going to a dropdown with the arrows and 2nd and 3rd Levels of this menu([login to view URL]), the top level will be like the one in the PSD. Use the documentation for the WordPress Menu Creator keeping in mind that the menu id is 2 and I want up to 3 levels.
We have a similar design that is less complicated with only 2 layouts (no sidebar and left sidebar). There is no slideshow on the home page, but instead a Home Search Form. This we would prefer that the menu is compatible with WordPress's new Menu Manager (http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_nav_menu). The menu that we use for the 2nd & 3rd levels is the same, but you will need to contact us later to know what colors to change.
