Looking for a knowledgeable, respectable and professional programmer(s) to take a series of .psd documents and turn them into a fully functioning eCommerce website. The web site is for a small business dealing in the sales of Jewellery and Accessories.
As my area of business is Graphic and Web design I will design and provide some .psd documents. I would like to see a table less layout, meaning CSS layout only please. The layout must be working 100% cross browser compatible, meaning ie6, ie7, ie8, firefox, safari, and Chrome. I will not settle for second best on this development, as if a HIGH QUALITY job is completed by your team than we will hopefully establish a long term relationship in regards to other developments in the future. You may have to make some design decisions yourself within the development. THIS MUST RESULT IN A FULLY FUNCTIONING ECOMMERCE SITE.
This will be my first eCommerce development and am interested in any ideas, solutions or information you can provide along with your portfolio of recent eCommerce developments. If you feel there is a best platform (Wordpress, ZenCart, osCommerce) for us to develop with please let me know. I am open for suggestions such as Joomla, Wordpress, or others, as long as the website is able to add/remove products through back end CMS, and complete sales online via paypal and credit card. We would rather not use a subscription eCommerce solution as a monthly fee would not be a viable option for us.
Please give reasonable bids for this project, and if we are satisfied with your work we will use you again for many more projects which we have waiting for development.
