Screensaver

We are looking for a screen saver which will ping a web site, and then-- if possible-- launch another screensaver.

The purpose of this project is to encourage our staff to use the in-out board. Being away from their computer will cause their screensaver to launch, and consquently mark them as 'away'.

Their is one web URL, but each user has their own query string. The screensaver should assemble a URL from two parts: the in-out board URL (which I will provide to all staff for them to copy into the settings of the screensaver) and the query sring contents, which is their user id (also an input field in the screensaver's settings). The parsed url should take the form:

[login to view URL];inout=-1

Where 6 is the user's personal ID. The 'inout=' value is always set to -1, since this represents 'away.' (This may change, so contact me after accepting the project to ensure this is still correct).

You do not need to create the in-out board, it is already in operation. This project is just for the screensaver application.

The reason we want the screensaver to launch another screensaver is for users who wish to participate in the in-out board project, but would still like to have their favourite screensaver running when they step away. The configuration menu should include a drop down of all the installed screensavers so the user can select the one they prefer.

If possible, a Mac version would be great too-- for those staff who prefer Apple. Not necessary to win the bid, but it would help if things are close.

That should be 'There is one web URL' not 'Their is one web URL...'
