301 Redirect Nedded for a Website Hosted on a Windows Server

I have a website hosted on Godaddy and I have exhausted all my efforts to do a 301 redirect. I've used a webconfig file and then used asp and php code on my html files and nothing works.

Godaddy has no tech support on this issue and I've spent 16 hours trying to research this issue and come up with a solution and I can not find one that works.

If I do a simple webconfig file and use one to three lines of code in that webconfig file for each page that needs a redirect, I'm OK. BUT, if I use more than 3 redirect URL's in that file, I get a 505 Server Response.

I need someone to come up with a plan that works. I do not need someone to write out all the redirects because all you have to do is come up with a solution and then I'll take over from there.

Here is the problem: I can d do a simple site wide 301 redirect, but I have 4 pages of content that does well and continues to turn a profit. Therefore I want to keep these pages alive and not redirect them. The rest of my pages - 400 or so, need a redirect to my new website. And every-time I add more than 3 - 5 lines of code to redirect any of those pages, I get a 505 Server Response.

I need someone who can come up with a solution and provide me with code that works. I'll give you 20 links and then you send the code to me. I'll test the code and if it works, I'll then add the remaining 380 URL's to that code and if that works, job done, and you get paid!

So here's how it might pan out. This is the worst scenario: You give me the code and I test it using all my links. This may take me 24 - 48 hours on my side. If the code works, job done and I pay you. If it does not work, you have to come up with another solution.

I do not have full access to my server, so if your plans has something to do with having full access to the server, that is not going to work.

Server details: Windows IIS: 7.0, Server - ASP.Net Runtime Version: 4.0/4.5

I've spoken with Godaddy and they say that I have the option of switching over to a Linux based server. If that will help you to solve the problem, then I can call them and tell them I need to switch to a Linux based server so I can solve this 301 redirect issue. However, IF I do that - that could take as long as 72 hours. So that would impact the time it takes for you to get the job done and the job stays open until I can get every single page to redirect without having ERROR issues.

This job pays a FLAT FEE of $30 USD and no more so please do not bid if you require any more money than that.
