I'm looking for someone who knows how to convert my video content to video formats that are viewable on 3G mobile phones and PDAs. Programmers must know how to convert the web video content to mobile video formats automatically on the website so that users can download and upload the mobile content to their mobile phones. I'm using mambo and zoom gallery for website content. programmers must be familiar with these.

***Please no time wasters, i am only looking for programmers. NOT project managers. Programmers must know how to convert web video content to mobile phone content e.g. 3G.

We can convert all the content for Mobile phones in 3gp format. As far as uplaoding it concerned by the user, it requires development, which can take some time. But we can definately convert the videos.
