We need a webpage with three Sections :
> Section one : Read CSV file and display the top of the file (the keys)
> Section two : A Text template part, where we can write python code with syntaxe highligh, colors
>> We need to be able to drag and drop the "Keys" imported in the "Section One" everywhere into the "Template"
> Section Three : Console Output, where we can execute a Python program that will import CSV and replace the "Keys" in the template (the program that does the replace will be provided)
>>> We need a Clean code, with commentary explaning every function/VARs... Keep It simple !
