Squarespace - Add call-icon to header (URGENT)

I would like to add a call icon in the header of my Squarespace website. When clicked, the icon should trigger a call to the desired number (similar to "tel:123456789" for text-links).
I was able to edit the social link to a desired call-icon, but was not able to link it so that it initiates a call when clicked
