prestashop webshop but some extra features

Hello ,

I am looking for someone that can help me to set up my prestashop environment. Prestashop is already working and running. But i need some extra features , that i have difficulty with.

1 : i want to be able to use graduated prices for products. So buy 10 get 10 percent discount until 25 percent , or something like that.

2: i want to be able to use discounts on shipping, buy 10 and get 10 percent discount on shipping, buy for over 50 euro and get free shipping.

That is pretty much all , so not a lot difficulty. There might actually be a plugin for this, if you get lucky !

I would like you to make the prestashop environment and then send me the entire code + database so i can check for myself. Also please tell me how it was done so i can replicate this !
