I look for professional to Develop a VR App for interpret learning, here are the details:

Development of a mobile-based mixed reality application

This VR App practices is used to interpret learning and practice app for students from translation major.

 Thirteen sections of learning materials will be provided

 Learning materials include pptx, mp4 and mp3 file which will be clearly mentioned in the detailed content

 All scenes, mp4, mp3 and pptx files will be provided

 6 VR scenes of following six backgrounds: (we will provide the 3D max file of these scenes)

1. Ted talk stage TED

2. Information Services Department of HKSAR

3. United States Capitol

4. Legislation Council Chamber in HK

5. Regular classroom

6. United Nation Chamber

 All scenes link to one interpreting practice: bi-directional sight interpreting, consecutive interpreting, or simultaneous interpreting in English- Chinese.

 Students will look at the VR speech scene at the same time drop down notes immediately to interpret contents as heard.

Front-end requirement for the app:

 support IOS and Android system and publication on Google Play and app store

 in both English and Chinese version

 able to upload, edit and play video and audio files

 allow user to download audio and PDF files

 allow users to drop notes via AR screen during VR practices

 There should contain 2 speakers, 2 interpreters and public audience

 Every scene includes 1 speaker, 1 interpreter and public audience

Back-end requirement:

 Admin panel: include contact details and teaching materials

 Able to upload learning materials and exercises

 include user login page, admin panel, simple feedback platform (forum), server host, database of app, database backup and app maintenance Requirement for VR scenes:

 Content of interpreter need to be recorded according to the audio from speaker.

 A small corner of AR screen should be designed to display the character, so the user can write note in the real paper.

The schedule required is 2-3 months. Please provide your own similar project developed before.
