Website Revenue Improvement

I would like bids on a project to improve the revenue flow from my website at www.drydipstick.com. Currently the only revenue is from Google AdSense and from Amazon links.

I would like to know how I can increase revenue by changing the layout, changing/adding content, conducting SEO, and any other appropriate measures. Specifically,

Receive more Google AdSense revenue

Improve revenue from Amazon links

Sell ad space on any or all pages.

Sell products (on commission or drop ship) on any or all pages.

Any other suggestions you might have for increasing revenue.

It would be useful if you could also provide what you think is a reasonable estimate of how much you believe your suggestions would increase revenue.

I do not want to put more of my own time on this site, other than occasional maintenance and updating. I will look not only for ideas but for someone to implement the suggestions; if necessary on an ongoing basis.
