Redesigning a Magento shop into another template

Hey there,
we have an upcoming project about natural and high quality tea and therefor need a designer which is highly qualified and knows the Magento shop system.
We have an absolutely untouched Magento theme which we use as basic: [login to view URL]
And from there want a redesign which comes close to this: [login to view URL]
We also need to integrate a Wordpress Blog into the shop. It is more about the look of the theme, but we want to keep the usability and the properties of the shopper theme.
Would nice to find someone who is capable of this task. No need to hurry with the time though!
