Adjustments to current OsCommerce site

I want some changes on my site.

1. Installing the following contributions, also translated in Dutch language. This I will do if you send me the words to translate:

1. QTpro4.2

2. Google Sitemap

3. Easy Populate

4. Order editor

5. Stock edit

6. All products page

7. Ultimate SEO URLs

2. Make the subcategories visible. For example: I have the categorie X. In that category I want new categories like X1 and X2. I tried now but the categories can be found in the Admin but not on the site.

3. I want place for a banner, size 234 x 120 pixels, different ones on each page

4. I want the TAX changed. All products for Dutch buyers have to be shown included TAX. For +/- 10 specified countries I also want to be arranged that if they order my shirts, shipping for each country should be added automatically
