Remake of an existing website in JOOMLA

i need the remake of an existing website:

It must be done in JOOMLA, so our customer can change things by his own.
The only thing that has to be changed is the Flashmenu. Instead of the Flashmenu,
we need a simple html-menu in same style (red background, without animation). The website has to be SEO optimized, must be readable by Google etc. The job has to be finished by Saturday (5th of september).
Payment with GAF escrow system.
If the job is done excellent. There will be much more in the future. A lot of our customers wantto get rid of their Flashelements.
Please send examples of Websites as reference.

here are the final changes:
1. remake of www.glasses-berlin.de in JOOMLA
2. substitute flash in html
3. add route planner in the region of Berlin (Germany)
4. add slideshow/galerie wich can be upgraded by customer
Please adapt your bids and tell me the date of completion.
This has to be done as soon as possible. I will pick a freelancer by today/tomorrow.
