POC (Proof of Concept) study for Joomla website with joomla extensions

- A sample joomla website based on the items below with minimum sample content

- look and feel, colors etc. across the website are to be consistent (like Kunena or Freestyle support colors should be compatible with the original template)

- demonstrate the site and supply a short document for us so we can reproduce the the site

- use free versions of extensions and the template or by with money back guarantee (we will not pay)

- Sample content in English and Turkish (use Google translate )

- Negotiate what is not possible, which is better, why
