Build an Online Store

I require a website online store built, I would prefer the website be built and I would prefer a ntemplate be created where my office staff can upload android apps for purchase online.

NOTE THE CONTENT IS SEXUALLY EXPLICIT as per google new terms of service but NO PORNOGRAPHY

I want the option to offer free apps for download then I want paid apps to be offered for sale, I prefer to use paypal.

With the website build will also require SEO on the site and need it mcafee, and all other site advisor types to approve website for viewing.

delivery of paid for apps, would prefer to ensure payment has cleared before allowing user access to the paid app, so client is ok with paypal approving the transaction then manually emailing the app to the email address of record. Open to suggestions.

The hosting package is Linux based with 25 MYSQL databases and with SSL certificate

Will supply pictures to be placed around site, will need the icon view of available apps for download, prefer search option? user can add search term(s) then it will order apps closest to term(s) searched then order all in descending order?
