Web Design - Gay Adult Sites

We're looking for exceptional web designers to work on e-commerce, dating, community, directory and informational sites under development - gay adult and non-adult.
Must be fully familiar with web design standards (Web Style Guide); focused on optimizing site usability and intuitive graphical user interface; and experienced in designing e-commerce, directory and/or community/dating/social sites. Experience working with gay sites is a plus, but not required.
Other skills required: experienced in working with CSS and CMS.
Note: Must be willing and able to provide on-going site design and layout support.
Reliability and integrity are essential. We prefer developing long-term working relationships.
