Requirements:
I have a new International real estate site with database that was constructed by persons who did not seem to listen/understand to my requirements . I require a person who can take the the site and database and redesign for total ease of use for me and clients .. The site has various sections , Example person will be able to create a name and pass word this will be confirmed by email then if the person wishes place a property on the site for sale or to rent .this will be received by our admin vetted and if up to our standards placed on site for the public to view . If a person wishes to view this will be available without having to log inn, but if they wish to make contact with the seller or renter of the property they will have to make a name and password this will be sent to our admin we will then release the details by email . The site also has other sections how to purchase in Global countries ,the process of buying , Costs, facts and figures climate etc. there is also a section on best locations to invest worldwide. The admin control also needs sorting as it is again complicated. I will also need the person to be able to use a scraper or design a tool so we may be able to move various properties onto site. .
