Design and concept for an facebook application - no integration needed

Hi,
Our facebook app. is done, now we need a designer to create a new design and concept for it, the integration will be done by our programmer.
This application is in the nightclub/pub category.
It is a simple application according to design, there is basicly only one page to design and fews elements.
I basically need a Designer, with experience and the skill necessary to deliver a quality and outstanding design.
You need to have a creative thinking, we want someone who can start from our mokup / .psd and deliver amazing result.
All information will be further explained once I find the designer.
