I accept that Software Engineers don't make great designers.
We are a team of techies and businessmen who have a great idea for a new e-business, targeting a more mature age 40+, upper quartile income bracket users. What we lack is a great image for the company and a superb, professional web site.
We need a graphic designer with in-depth e-business experience to help us take the business to the next stage. We have all the back-office architecture completed, it is one of our core capabilites. We will write and populate the site locally but we need:
a. to select an image that works with our target group,
b. to do a re-design of the branding,
c. to develop an outline of the shape of the site,
d. to consider how the site will link to the back office functions such as Java and MySQL.
e. to develop a simple low-cost e-marketing strategy.
e. a person who will work with us closely and listen to our needs.
We are UK based and therefore need to converse in fluent English both written and spoken to get our ideas across.
We expect to implement the site on an Amazon cloud platform ans will need full copyright.
Payment: Electronic bank transfer to any EU country or Paypal elsewhere. 50% on commission, 50% on completion.
References required including examples of previous work.
