I need to have a list of the Billboard Top 200 Album Artists from years 2000-2012

There is 13 years of data here, and roughly 2600 different Artists. (Less because some of the artists will have had multiple albums on the charts).

I need this list in a spreadsheet in the following format...

Artist | Year on Chart | Genre

Please send me a sample of the top 5 from last year (2012) with this information in an Excel Sheet so that I know you understand the requirements.
