Search engine position

Hi,

We are a consulting company looking for someone to help us in the following need :

We would like to better positioning our web site using some specific words. Specifically we would like to add "meta tag" in our web pages and be sure that they will be indexed in the most important web search engines.

In addition we would like to manage searches that are referred to pages that we do not like. For example if you type a "Family name and First name" in a web search engine some pages will be displayed at the top. We would like that some other pages will be displayed instead. How is possible to do it?
