Web Programming Online Tutor

Integral to the business model of DigitalThink is the high level of customer support provided to our clients through our tutors. Tutors are responsible for providing educational assistance to our students as they progress through courses. This support is done 100% online through the use of email. Tutor metrics such as response time & response quality are constantly monitored to ensure that students receive the highest level of support possible. Email is exchanged with students through a specially designed web-based interface. Communication is asynchronous, not real time. The average length of our contract is twelve weeks and they are regularly reviewed, contingent upon performance and enrollment. We are currently looking for people to support our HTML Fundamentals I & II, and Intro to Javascript courses. We are looking for ten hours a week of coverage over the following time periods: 2 hours per day Mon-Fri, Noon - 3pm. Pacific Standard Time (USA). No weekends unless vacation coverage is needed We compensate our Web Programming tutors at $27/hour.
