restore 2 complete backups through Cpanel

Hi,
I downloaded 2 complete backups of 2 of my websites through hostgator CPanel.
They are ,TAR files. I need these 2 backups restored through CPanel on godaddy, domains are set up already and working. One of the backups has to be restored in root, the other one in a subfolder.
