I am developing an Excel Workbook. I would like to implement a user manual to be displayed in an Actions Pane /Task Pane. To have the following features:
Everything must be contained within the Workbook. No external files.
Write a macro to open and close the custom Actions Pane / Task Pane. This will be called from my custom Ribbon (Ribbon already exists).
Display my help manual in the Actions Pane / Task Pane (text and pictures). HTML would be ideal. This could be one long page or preferably several pages.
Explain to me how to edit or import the user manual that I write (preferably HTML but could be Word or your other suggestion).
Ready to start ASAP. Waiting to start now.
POINTS TO NOTE
1 - The custom Ribbon already exists. I do not need quotes for work on the Ribbon.
2 - The work to add the Actions Pane / Task Pane needs to be done in VISUAL STUDIO.
3 - This is a very simple project. Previously received bids are too high. It would be in the bottom price band bit I considered that to ne slightly too low.
------ A - I send the Excel Workbook to you.
------ B - You add the Pane.
------ C - You add the Help Area to the Pane, including some dummy text and a dummy picture.
------ D - You add a new Module in the Excel Workbook with a Macro to toggle the Pane open and closed.
------ E - You send the Workbook back to me with instructions on how to edit or re-import the Help Information using VBA in EXCEL.
Generic pasted bids will not be considered, please demonstrate that you understand what is required.
Bids that do not mention VISUAL STUDIO will not be responded to unless you explain some unique alternative method.
If your profile does not mention VISUAL STUDIO, your bid should mention it. Freelancer does not include Visual Studio in the list of skills otherwise I would have added it.

Thank you for your bids. This is 1 or 2 hours work maximum if you have experience with Visual Studio. I am looking for bids up to £50. Over £50 is not affordable for this small piece of work. Many thanks.
