Invoicing program required - we require a custom invoice program to suit our needs as we cannot find one that does exactly what we require.
We require the following:
- Invoice to look similar to attached file
- We want it to be very simple to use and only have the features we require
- Product database - when item code is entered the product description and price automatically appear
- GST we have some products that include GST and some that are GST Free we need to be able to put the GST inclusive or GST free on each product - however the total GST amount only needs to show at the bottom of the invoice.
- Price override, prices need to be able to be changed on any invoice without changing prices in the database, most importantly the price can be deleted and a manual sub-total entered at the bottom (ie if we do not want to show individual prices and only a package price we do this)
- Auto invoice number generator, software must generate a new invoice number in sequence for each new invoice
- We need to be able to hit a save button and have the file saved to database, we would also like the option to save as a pdf - file name to be the invoice number followed by the customer name as entered into the " Invoice to: " section. Invoice must also save in the software so we can search and bring it up at anytime.
- We need a "new" button that lets us begin a new invoice
- Must be able to be used by multiple computers at the same time on a network
- We need to be able to use the software for up to 5 different companies
- When creating the invoice we would like to select the payment method: Cash, Eftpos, Cheque, Bank Transfer, paypal
- We would also like to simply select if the invoice has been paid in full at time of sale, or no payment / part payment with balance remaining.
- We would like a button to add our bank details to the invoice if required for further payment
- We would like a section where we can add notes to be included on the invoice
- Must be able to work with both windows 7 and 8
