I am a mid level Visual basic programmer who's personal project is now an IRC client. I require an experience programmer to view how i go about methods. Example would be string manipulation. Merging of methods. Coloring of a richtextbox.
IRC experience would of course be well suited but not needed. IRC really is irrelevant. End of the days it's just a string being sent from the server.
I may have a couple of questions regarding RTB with icon images(think of smileys) Any questions welcome. I will need you to have a rating to apply this time.
Project will be sent on request before bidding. So every one gets a fair deal.
Possible extras you might consider
1) show how to use an array to handle whispers
2)New channels, an array of control type maybe?
these are of course extra and not needed.
